Drop the Keys (Not the Mic)

You will need: a set of keys, and chairs

Each player is randomly sat around the room on a chair. One person is standing without a seat. They walk around the space, carrying some keys. As they pass a player, they grab their hand. that player then walks and grabs the hand of someone else. This goes on forming a chain of players. At any point, the front person can drop the keys, causing the players to run and try to grab a seat. This will leave a new person standing who then picks up the keys and starts the chain again.

This game works when you have a bit of space, Make sure that if a person hasn’t been asked to join a chain for a few rounds you encourage people to include them. Make sure people don’t fight seats.
